CAPT. RAJ SHETTY: Chairman & Managing Director
He brings with him 13 years of experience in the Aviation Industry. He has served a couple of leading Domestic Airlines as a Cockpit Crew. Additionally he brings with him the acumen of a businessman, with Hospitality and Infrastructure being his family business. Capt. Raj Shetty is actively involved in the day to day activities of Kompass Aviation and is extremely focused on the growth of the Company by ensuring that the training program conducted are developed and carried on in the most professional manner and is the best in the industry.

MR. SUKANT PANDA: DIRECTOR
An expert from the aviation industry, Mr. Sukant is a B.Sc. graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma City University, USA; A Certified Green Belt holder in Six Sigma Data Driven Customer Solutions being graduated from Six Sigma Training Institute, USA and MBA. His expertise is being an Aircraft Engines Specialist and Project Country Head / Manager over 28 years with a large USA based MNC. He has been an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for 8 years with Air India, Mumbai. Having travelled widely and had medium to long term assignments in USA, Brazil, Greece, Malaysia, Indonesia and India for the past three decades, he honorably retired as Country Head. His last assignment on contract was to develop a new start-up All Business Class Airlines based in South India as the CTO. He is also an aviation consultant for turn-key MRO start-up projects and allied services.

MR. T.R. SUDHIR: GM – OPERATIONS
He is an Aviation enthusiast having been associated with it for over 10 years in the sixties. Besides, he has over 30 years of experience in the service industry with exposure to HR, Training & Development. He is a Career Counselor & Institutional trainer in his own right and has drawn the road map to take Kompass to celestial heights.
