With the announcements of new operational concepts like low cost carriers, regional airlines, green field airports and the open skies policy, the air transport industry is bracing itself forward to provide employment opportunities in and around the airport.
Kompass as an institution besides rendering training programs for its students in Commercial Pilot Training, Cabin Crew Training, Airport Ground Staff Training are equipped with the competency for carrying out the Selection Process of staff both on ground and in air. We have a pool of air transport industry Professionals which is a dedicated team to carry out such assignments for the benefit of the operators.
Besides, Kompass also provides HR and Recruitment Services & Solutions in the key areas of the Hospitality Industry and the Travel and Tourism sector as well.
On the domestic front, we have been associated with three operators in their selection process of Pilots, Cabin Crew and Airport Terminal Staff.
It is our endeavor to enable operators, be it an airline or non scheduled operator to help fill the growing shortage of air / ground crew faced by several of them. For this we work out a total package for the entire or specific staffing process as desired.
