Diploma In Customer Service Management

We have introduced the above course which is targetted at all areas where customer service is a part of the job. Areas catering to specific industries such as the Travel & Tourism Industry, Hotels and Hospitality Industry, Retail Industry and the Airline Industry.

Age of Entry: 17 to 28 years

Eligibility: 10 + 2 / Graduation in any discipline

Duration: 4 Months / 5 days a week / 2 hrs a day instructional program,

Career Path: Those who successfully pass this course can join travel operators, tourist offices, star category hotels, cruise lines, corporates, event management companies, malls, multiplexes, airlines and airline city offices. Graduates can join airports as ground crew.




Diploma in Airport Terminal Operations

With the growth of the Civil Aviation Industry in the country and the future perceived demand for Ground Staff to handle terminal operations, Kompass Aviation have developed a unique course which should attract and enthuse those who wish to make a career in Air port Terminal Operations as a Customer Relations Agent.

Age of Entry: up to 28 yrs

Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline.

Duration: 4 Months / 5 days a week / 2 hrs a day instructional program.

Global Distribution System (GDS)

The Global Distribution System on the Galileo platform is basically a Computer Reservation System course. Since the air transport industry has to become E-complaint, viz get to issue e-tickets before the end of this year, all those who aspire to become a member of the Ground Crew in the Air Transport Industry need to do this course before entry into an airline or related jobs in the airport terminal.

The focus is on airline computer reservations system, hotel reservations and car rentals which are the key functional areas for the students to specialize.

The course content is imparted by the representatives of Galileo and it is a computer based instructional programme.

Age of Entry: 18 yrs.

Eligibility: HSC / Graduate in any discipline

Duration: 3 weeks / 5 days a week / 2 hrs a day instructional program

Career Path: Those who do the GDS course, they will find employment in travel agencies or tour operators.
