INTERNAL FACULTY
Our internal faculty comprises of subject matter experts in their respective fields with many years of training experience behind them. Over and above this, they are all experts, which is critical to create an environment of quality education. This enables them to decide what training method to employ based on a thorough ‘need analysis’ and on consideration of the student's background. They are well equipped to deal with students with varying abilities and skills. Needless to say, the Kompass faculty is committed to excellence.

FACULTY TRAINING - ACHIEVING STANDARDISATION
Standardisation of training is achieved thorough Kompass Aviation's ‘Train The Trainer’ programs. All new and existing trainers go through this program to learn and understand how to effectively download the developed / updated content. Only after completing the program and on being certified by our training managers and subject matter experts are they allowed to train students.

GUEST FACULTY
Senior aviation professionals are invited to the institute on a regular basis to offer the benefits of up-to-date industry insights. Kompass Aviation's biggest asset is its team of highly skilled guest faculty. These expert trainers bring their storehouse of personal experiences to bear while imparting insights and training.
