As per a recent survey, 85% of students who pass out from various educational institutions and colleges are unable to get relevant jobs and most of these students face direct or indirect barriers to clear the much awaited interviews in relevant industries. As a matter of fact and as per this survey, today’s youth lack the basic soft skill requirements which is the most essential in today’s job market.

Most corporate seek and select only those fresh candidates who are good in self presentation and stand out as compared to others. The corporate sector seeks such candidates who are able to speak up, who are able to express themselves, are able to interact professionally with others, who are good in both communication and presentation and would be able to market their skills and potentials for the benefit of their job providers.

Thus Kompass felt the need and thus developed this course which fills the gap and enforces the youth to equip with much required basic soft skills and enable them to clear any test or interview in all spheres of life.
